Kohei set up the branding company "Gemeinschaft,Inc" at the age of 17.In his late 10's and early 20's, he has gained experiences as a branding producer in the projects of both domestic and global major companies, such as Kanebo, Unilever. NTTdocomo,etc. Now he is known as the outstanding creative director in his generation. He studied praxeology and organizational psychology under the professor of Cranfield University.

Shuma had joined the start-up BPO company after graduating from a school where he experienced exchange programs with the universities from HongKong and Shanghai. Following the intensive experience in BPO business, he set up Marovass K,K. with Kohei and June in 2007.

June graduated from Studio bercot in Paris and started a career as a fashion designer ,working for various clients such as NHK and imperial family and later on for Toray's fashion department as corporation designer. Parallel, he was engaged in several projects for major companies as a marketing/product manager. In 1989, he set up Maxt corporation, working as a conceptor for ad projects of Dentsu, Hakuhodo. After years of career in the ad industry, he started a new career as a traditional craftsman after the intensive training under two mentors of Living National Treasures. In 2006, he joined the innovative architect office "Line design" and launched a Tokyo branch.In 2007, he joined Marovass to further explore the creative domain.

Seki had started his career as webmaster/instructor in the web school,later engaged in launching the new business in Shanghai. After backing to Tokyo, he experienced a sales for IT/HR firm and launched the Web-production div by moblizing his network. Since then, he has been playing the key role in the various projects as webproducer/director and project manager.
